Fatigue is one of those symptoms that I believe al Fatigue is one of those symptoms that I believe all warriors experience at some point. For many it’s something we are constantly trying to keep at bay because we got sh*t to do.

White foods are slowly killing off healthy red blo White foods are slowly killing off healthy red blood cells. Causing inflammation, chronic fatigue and dehydration of the cells, in returns causes sucking of the cells leading up a pain crisis. 

For us warriors the longer our red blood cells can last the better off we can be & The less hospital stays we have to experience.  If you find it hard to eliminate white foods be sure to try out the healthy swaps I’ve added.

I absolutely 💜 giving to others it’s one of those things that brings me joy. One time I cooked shrimp for the neighborhood( I think I was maybe 12yrs old, shrimp my mama bought for the house 😂 this lady said shrimp is expensive whelp here you go 🤣

I absolutely love making my own coins I got my 1st job at 11 as a young leader, at the Boys & Girls Club

I’m big on creating healthy relationships, it’s like it shows because people naturally gravitate towards me 

In the past I let jaundice ruin my confidence cuz people are just so rude but it’s also allowed me to have thick skin 

I’m hoping to use my experience w/ holistic healing to help my warrior community( my 4 week group coaching will be back soon, God said to do it for FREE again) 

My family means everything to me & I am so grateful to have my tribe, they are just the BEST 

I talk myself out of a lot of things then I say a prayer & just do it. 

I try really hard not to swear cuz I think it just sounds funny when I do it lol 

Being a mom has made me want to go harder. I do it for my baby girl 

I’m in a season of being stretched & choosing Faith over fear every time

Stepping outside of our comfort zone can be uncomfortable, trying something new can be cringe, but the goal is to create through the most cringy moments. Doing this has allowed me to be stretched, rediscover myself, and get out of the scarcity mindset of not being enough. It's also helping someone out there create or post the content even when you feel like everything is working against you. 

I'm making it a point to create when it feels uncomfortable, & even when I feel like giving up because it allows room for growth. Plus you never know what's going to stick if you are too scared to try.

Now lets get to it ✨

If there’s one thing ima do is push it to the li If there’s one thing ima do is push it to the limit. In all honestly I use to end up in the ER when ever I engaged in strenuous activities. I know that I am likely to end up sick for over exerting myself but I couldn’t help but  push myself beyond the limits that are typically placed on us as warriors. I’ve always had big goals for myself & hated feeling like I couldn’t do something because of my health. I often feel like many times SC wont let us be great. 

I know I’m not the only one, so what’s that one thing you do that typically lands you in the hospital? no judgement here just sharing our experience.

It’s crazy how a health scare would have you rec It’s crazy how a health scare would have you reconsider your lifestyle. I never thought in a million years this would be my life. Constantly trying to heal something hoping for a change. 

When I embarked on this road to recovery 30 day journey I imagined it was going to be exhausting and tiring trying to obtain the goals I set for myself like drinking a gallon of water a day, meal prepping for the week, working out 5 times a week, keeping a food journal and so on. But the truth of the matter is while it isn’t easy I’ve found great joy in stretching myself, documenting my journey, experimenting with food and the excitement of being able to prove to myself that I have what it takes to heal my gallstones holistically. On days when I want to give up I remember my WHY, I’m not only doing this for myself but also for my baby girl Destiny. 

1week down & I’m commuted to putting in the work 🤞🏾

Yesterday I kicked off my 30 days road to recovery Yesterday I kicked off my 30 days road to recovery series by getting my 1st ever vitamin infused IV to boost my energy. For 30 days I’m committed towards drinking a gallon of water a day, practice daily movements & exercises, & eating mostly plant based. The reason why is because I’ve been feeling more fatigued more than ever, I had another gallstone flare, I’m dealing with brain fog & overall just not feeling like I’m thriving. In all honesty healing has been an ongoing cycle, it's really a journey that never ends but I’ve arrived at different destinations based on what i do & how i do it. My intention is to keep going even when I feel like giving up because with anytime we do, it takes time & consistently before real change happens.
